Just wanted to send some thanks you way for your crew at the Laurel location. I had a shirt with some broken buttons on the cuffs. They had come back that way from a different cleaner and I had just been living with them. However, I went to put on my shirt this morning and all buttons had been replaced. It was so nice. I never asked, never even pointed it out to anyone there. It was just...done. It was very nice way to start a Monday morning. I am sure you do this for all your customers, and it is probably normal. But it is NOT normal for other cleaners. I wanted to let you know that I noticed and was very grateful. Thanks ZIPS® and thanks to everyone at your Laurel location. You guys ROCK.
