What does it cost to purchase a ZIPS Dry Cleaners franchise?

The ZIPS initial franchise fee is $50,000. Your total initial investment will vary depending upon various factors. We have established an average of $800,000 which includes the initial franchise fee.

What are the continuing fees?

Each new franchisee is assessed a Royalty Fee of 6% of gross sales, and, where applicable, a Marketing Fee of 4% of gross sales and a Local In-market Advertising Fee of 1% of gross sales.
